it's nice to be settled in a little cozy town after mad traveling. we slept from 5 p.m. last night till about 7 a.m. this morning. impressive, eh? when you're beat your beat!
today we went over to the ruins in copan. pretty dang cool. they're known for their sculptures. i'm always left wondering what so much of the hieroglyphics mean. maybe i need to start studying up before i go these places or take egyptology classes too, hmm...also the museo was pretty impressive, it wasn't mexico city's stuff but it was still pretty neat-oalso have i discussed these moto things yet? i love them. i want to drive them. i think it will be one of my goals before leaving central america... here's a shot from the back, maybe i could even wear the vest too...if i'm lucky.also i'm not finding good deals on getting back from guatemala so i may ask the hippies from colorado for a ride if things don't pan out sooni'll keep you filled in. AND if anyone could logically explain why taxes and fees add up to over 280 us dollars i'd sure appreciate it b/c i think it's personally ridiculous.

Jessie, you make my life seem so boring. Hope you make it home sometime--we miss you round these parts. There are probably some good ways to make money down there to pay for a plane ticket, but they're probably illegal. Have fun, love the pics!
just wait till i tell you about the cow museum and you maybe won´t be as jealous :)
sweet adventures, Jess
